Just wondered if anyone has been contacted about leasing. There seems to be some renewed interest in Burleson county.
Nothing of note. Some interest in going into old holes where the lease have expired but are running into issues getting the wellbores change from the original/current parties of interest shown on the RRC’s well site database. Some are out of business requiring single signature transfer approval.
Had initial contact with one group but they ceased discussions when oil started to fluctuate too much for their investors. That was at $93/bbl
