Maybe one of you who has access to leasing information can tell me, has there been any leasing in the Bellaire area of Harris County, Texas? Specifically, the W. J. Brown Survey (A-132), J. Blessing Survey (A-162) and surrounding surveys?
The City of Bellaire is a heavily residential area of Harris County. Right inside the city of Houston and surrounded by other residential areas. Not a spot big enough to put a rig on. Kind of doubt there would be any leasing, but would be interested to know if there is any.
