After following the approval of drilling permits by EOG along the Wilson/Karnes County line just east of State Hwy 123, I noticed that there is a stretch of property approx. 1800 feet wide and running north/south for about a mile that appears to have been skipped over. It is completely surrounded by pooled units. I do know that all of the interest holders had outstanding leases with EOG and some have portions of their land in one of the surrounding pooled units. Is this unusual? Are these interest holders, of which I am one, out of luck? Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
