Any one have rights in this area in 4-7S-1W ? Trying to find out what going on in that area. Got an offer from Wake energy. Anyone have any info on this area. Thanks in advance.
Might be a whiff of horizontal activity in the area and someone is leasing or buying ahead of the bit. If it were me, I would ignore an offer to buy and hold back for a bit on any leasing to see what develops. There are horizontals in sections 2 & 3. There was some leasing in that section back in 2020 and 2021.
I have interest in 2 producing Wells in the vicinity. Section 03 TS 07S R01W. It is a horizontal oil and gas producer. Has been operating since 2014. Then there is the Mobley well completed in June of 2021. Itnis adjacent to the Manning Well. SECTION 033 TS 06 R01W. The Mobley is a very good well 144 barrels a day and 123mcf of gas daily. It also is a horizontal well.
