My brother and I just got a handsome offer to purchase our mineral rights (gas) in a plot in LaSalle Co. I am concerned whether the company knows something that we don’t – like new production in the area (our plot has never produced, but there are wells within a few miles, maybe closer). Anybody notice a lot of activity in the area? Thanks!
You’re right they know more than you! Yes, there’s a couple of operators very active in LaSalle developing the gas fairway in the Eagle Ford.
There are a couple of easy ways to find out. Some you can DIY. Others charge a fee
