Has anyone had offers in Sec. 27-09-08W Grady County for mineral rights leasing lately? How do I know what a good lease price would be?
There is a good bit of activity in 9N-8W. Lease offers are not usually public, but you can get a feel for prices from the pooling orders nearby and within about 12 months, Section 25 was recently pooled for $1000 3/16ths, $500 1/5th. The clauses in the lease are much more important than the bonus amount. It is advisable to get legal help to review any draft leases.
