Hi Rodney!

I took a look at your area and there have only been a scattered few new leases taken in the general area over the past two years and even fewer extensions.

The few Horizontal Wolfcamp Wells that have been drilled in the area came in at only a little over 100 BOPD and within two years dropped off to about 1/5th of that.
