Just had a 3 year lease that expired in June and wondering if there is any new activity going on? Are there any companies you can contact to initiate a new lease? This is only my second lease since inheriting the mineral rights from my deceased mother. So new to this whole mineral rights thing. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Very little activity in that area in the last seven years. Only one new lease in the whole township in 2017. WSGP Gas Producing LLC in Section 20. No OCC cases, pretty much quiet.
