Any lease offers?

After months of no Lease offers only the typical stream of offers to purchase my minerals, I received a lowball offer on section 17, 20 and 29-5N-9E. It was a welcome sight even if a lowball offer which I will not accept. I hope it’s just the first of more.

I’m just curious if others are receiving oil and gas lease offers in HUGHES county, particularly SOUTHERN PARTS OF HUGHES county.

The Ferrett well was supposed to be drilled, but missed its window last year. The offers for that set of sections are quite a bit lower than they were two years ago.
