Hi, I received an offer last week for a 5-year lease at 50.00 an acre, seems low? Location is Township 16N 54 East, will probably counteroffer. Any info would be appreciated.

I was offered the same terms and thought they were low, so I countered. They weren’t interested in negotiating and walked away.
