Any activity in Sect 8 of 9N - 4W

I saw the recent post asking about activity in other sections of 9N-4W and wanted to hear if the interest has picked up for Section 8 of 9N-4W or the adjoining sections.

I did receive some proposals last year but the “terms” were not favorable and included post production charges.

I saw in the paper where EOG Resources had intent to drill in 8N 4W Section 8 last week. Lease rates are currently avg 4500 @ 3/16 in McClain County per NARO. Check OCCE website for intent to drill in Section 8. They will get to 9N 4W fairly soon.
