I have been offered a large amount of $ for my mineral rights (very small interest) in the following wells. The offer just does not seem to match up with current production.
Does anybody have any insight into if anything is happening in this, or surrounding, areas? Is there a way to determine if they (XTO) are going to rework the wells or dig deeper?
The wells are 80% Midland County and 20% Upton County.
