Welcome to the forum. To get a handle on the business, I would encourage you to read the Mineral Help tab above and to read the BLOGS Category area. Read the Caddo county Category. You will need to file your probate in Caddo County courthouse so that landmen can find you. There is not activity in 15-9N-13W at the moment.
Keep in mind that in the eyes of a title examiner you haven’t inherited unless the land records show that you have. Often this requires a probate.
