Antero Resources checks coming by mail

Hello Antero Resources has pestered and hounded me with packets to sign for 4 years. Im not at all interested in recieving money from them.
Im not interested in filing tax returns being retired I do not have to file now.

They just sent me a check for $111 for “cotenency payment”

I have called the number of the representative and left voice mail to ask them to stop

Of course after years of all manner if contacting me by ups, fedex, usps, phone calls and even once by facebook messinger. They will not return my calls

I dont want to dick around with checks for a pittance.

Will these checks stop? Will they issue some kind of irs notice without my ss? I find this really aggravating.

I would suggest you contact a charity or your favorite college and tell them you would like to donate this mineral interest to them. Tell them they will have to prepare the deed. Then you can donate the mineral interest to them and they can deal with Antero.

Why not offer to sell them to Antero for a lump sum, with them doing the paperwork.

That Is a terrific idea. I’m willing to give to any person on this forum my ‘rights’ ..

I don’t know nor do I care to learn all the nuances and shenanigans for this kind of transaction.

I too am dealing with Antero Resources. Your situation caught my eye asI am going through the same thing. They will not return my calls.I am dealing with their agent , have phoned them at least a half dozen calls, to no avail. AfterI signed their offer to purchase my 15% interest seems like they have no use for me. This has been over two months ago and still no ,check. They do have a web site.
