I am royalty interest in Andrews County and haven’t been paid for over a year now - their excuse is they are waiting on another individual to sign the division order and my funds are in suspense? Is that correct?
Sounds like they’re blowing smoke.
Royalty payments are typically only suspended because of title defects.
If they sent YOU a Division Order, then they have determined YOUR ownership.
Other parties not signing a DivOrd has nothing to do with their obligation to pay you.
