I am royalty interest in the Andrews county and havn’t been paid for over a year now - their excuse is they are waiting on another individual to sign the division order and my funds are in a suspense ? Is that correct ?
Sounds like they’re blowing smoke.
Royalty payments are typically only suspended because of title defects.
If they sent YOU a Division Order, then they have determined YOUR ownership.
Other parties not signing a DivOrd has nothing to do with their obligation to pay you.
