Wasco? I have heard that they are at least $100 per mineral acre.
Hi, I have seen $25 to $100 I got $75 for mine with a 20% royaly two years up front and I belive it goes up to $85 on the 3rd year if they keep the lease, its a 3 year lease with a 5 year option. I hope that helps. Best wishes, who is asking for the lease ?
That sounds about right to me, mine is somewhere around $120 per acre.
