Does anyone know what annual rentals are going for now around Wasco? I have heard that they are at least $100 per mineral acre.
Hi, I have seen $25 to $100. I got $75 for mine with a 20% royalty, two years up front, and I believe it goes up to $85 on the 3rd year if they keep the lease. It’s a 3-year lease with a 5-year option. I hope that helps. Best wishes, who is asking for the lease?
That sounds about right to me, mine is somewhere around $120 per acre.
