I am at my wits end trying to determine if I have a mineral lease on this 320 acres. I inherited this property and recently purchased some additional interest in this same block/section. I have been paying real property taxes but not any concerning a mineral lease. My parents used to receive mineral payments involving the following (last divisions orders in the early 1980’s):
- Mobil Oil Corporation, well Maralo, Inc. - Coffman
- Phillips Petroleum Company, Coffman Wells #1 and #2 E/2 SE/4
- Phillips Petroleum Company, D. E. Coffman well NE/4 ( production below 4,640 feet Would appreciate any help with trying to determine if there is a current mineral lease on this property or possibly direct me as to where to go to find out.
Also, have a mineral interest in Sections 4 & 18 in Block A-43. Currently getting a mineral check Energen Resources but not sure if it involves one or both of these sections. Thanks for you help.
