Anderson County, Texas mineral rights

I have 85 mineral acres across 6 properties in the Brushy Creek area of Anderson County, Texas. It is unleased. How much are these acres worth if I sell? Thank you!

I assume you are talking about selling your minerals on these tracts.

Value is in the eye of the buyer - what is the potential for future drilling and production in these areas.

Have wells been drilled on or near these tracts? What depths / horizons? Results?

In what abstracts are these tracts located?

You will never see me post a value for any mineral interest - but understanding the details (both pro and con) of any area help one understand potential value.

I would not sell in my personal opinion, heavy least activity going on in Anderson County, and a well was just drilled a little north of Brushy Creek near Frankston… just a little info to maybe help your decision.

Kind of depends on the number of people the royalty is divided upon in your holdings. Current sales price vs royalty and longevity. Lots of elements involved in a decision to ā€œknow when to hold ā€˜em, know when to fold ā€˜em, know when to walk away and know when to RUNā€¦ā€
