Newby here. Leased interest in southwest Anderson County near Tucker to Vanna in May 2025. Vanna has not assigned the interest as of now even tho Expand landman rep says they had done so. Now Expand rep landman wants to lease a sliver that Expand rep landman says Vanna missed and is therefore unleased— all tracts are contiguous. Vanna rep landman now says Expand did not purchase the Vanna lease because it had no worth to them although records show they have purchased leases surrounding our interests. Does this Expand landman explanation sound plausible?
