Ancillary probate

My mother passed away 10 years ago. My brother and I have been notified by Clap Rock that my mother had some mineral and oil rights from her brother. Now I need a lawyer to help us. I have seen in posts that there are lawyers that do this for a set fee. We have everything we need to proceed. Help!

You need to contact an attorney in the state where the minerals are located to see what options are available. Many attorneys handle these on a flat fee. Costs vary depending upon the state’s probate requirements. This post is not legal, tax or investment advice. Reading or responding to this post does not create an attorney/client relationship.
