Recently I have notice a large number of people posting on this site looking to buy land and find investors to become mineral owners. These people are not MINERAL OWNERS. If they want to buy land then they need to call a realtor. Please keep this site for purpose that it was created.

Anyone looking to buy land or mineral rights only needs to Google or Bing the words "buy royalties," "sell royalties," "buy land," or "sell land" and they will get inundated with ads for companies in the business of doing all four of those things. Here at Mineral Rights Forum people come for answers and advice based on the experiences of others. Or, just to share their mineral rights or royalty rights experiences with others.
