I received a notice from Occidental Permian stating it was their intent to amend surface commingle permit #7361. It was provided certified mail, return receipt requested.
Is there anything that a recipient should do to protect or enhance their position when they receive a notice such as this?
I would attach it but I dont see how to do that.
