I have a piece of property that has Alta survey that shows I have two extra acres than what previous deeds have stated. My mineral deed say I have 160 and land deed says 162. When talking to the person that is doing a oil and gas lease they say it is a “correction section” and I do not have the additional 2 mineral acres. Should I file a mineral deed correction or ?
