If all of the tracts on a 507-acre unit are listed on the plat for a 1187-acre unit, can they still allocate only 5 acres from that 507-acre according to the lateral? If so, does the Railroad Commission require them to list all of the tracts even though production is not allocated from certain tracts? Thanks for any info concerning this matter.
