What state? There are several with Ward County.
Most offers I have received have been lowball as buyers are purchasing not only current royalties but the potential for future ones. You need to find out what wells are producing, what wells are planned, who your operator is, etc. Read everything on the forum, local newspapers, industry presentations, investor presentations from your operator, etc. Lots of mineral buying out there, but you need to get informed before making a decision.
