It all depends on the amount of royalty acres, the amount offered for a royalty acre and the legal description. I sold half of my minerals a few years ago and familiar with pricing since I shopped it around for 9 months or so before settling on a price and a buyer
Does it list a legal description and your total royalty acres? How much did they offer?
