Affidavit of Non Renewal

Does anyone have an affidavit of non-renewal that I can look at? I had a lease with West Star in Cleveland County which, in my view, was not renewed in a timely fashion, based on the date that we received the check. There is no reasonable explanation other than the check was mailed after the renewal date.

I need to file one.

I’ve returned it to them 3 times now.

I use an affidavit of non-production which basically gives public notice that the lease expired on its own term. If they feel they have a valid lease they could file a lawsuit stating you placed a cloud on their title.
