Affect of Change of Property Ownership on Minerals Lease

I transferred ownership of my property by “Special Warranty Deed” from my trust to a Limited Partnership, I’m one of the limited partners. Question: What affect does this have on my Oil & Gas a Lease? The lease was signed by me as trustee. Since ownership changed, does the lease require an amendment or a new lease, or does the lease remain valid in the Trusts a Name even though the trust no longer exists?

Binding on successors or assigns, if that is in the lease, that should cover it.
