What sort of prices are being offered in this area? I recently got an offer to sell for $7200 per net mineral acre. Or should I stick with leasing for now? With all the activity, it seems now maybe the time to sell? Is this correct? Would I miss the boat if we don’t sell soon? I appreciate help with this.
