In an adverse possesion case where the Court has given the Grantee property in "FEE Simple" what happens to the Minerals >when there is existing production.???.. Does the Grantee take over from here or does the previous mineral owner get the royalty payment?

The first step is to notify the operator of an existing lease on the property to verify the change in ownership. Oklahoma law applies regarding whether or not he is entitled to any royalties held in suspense (to which I do not have the knowledge to answer).
