I want to add my wife as a co-owner on my 10 acres of mineral rights in Blaine County. What steps do I need to take to accomplish this?
You can prepare and file a joint tenancy mineral deed with the county clerk. The filing fee should be less than $25.

Or, if you have a Trust, you should consider deeding it to it (or more precisely to the Trustee of your trust) so your wife or the eventual heirs don’t need to go through probate.
