Does anyone have any experience in dealing with Addax Minerals? I have a few sections in Stark County that are producing and they would like to offer. Can't find anything about them except for their web page which isn't anything more than the letter the sent. Any info will be most helpful. 140-99
They aren't even listed as tennants in the office building at that address. Their website looks skimpy and cheap to me.
Like what r w kennedy posted. And what do you mean by "they would like to offer." Never, ever sell your mineral RIGHTS away. Lease, yes. Sell, no. Do they want to purchase your mineral RIGHTS? I got those letters a lot from fly-by-nights.
Yes "Offer". If the price is right I'll sell. I asked a specific question, and not one that requires an answer to sell or not to sell. Opinions are like yard sales, if you like one you stop, if not you ignore it.
Talked with a Rep from Addax, he said they had to change their name from Cherokee.
