Wondered if there is a lot of activity in Section 18 Block 36. I received an unusually high offer compared to past offers.
I too received an offer for an interest in that county which was significantly higher than prior 100 or more offers on the same property. That offer was received today.

As far as I know, there is nothing specifically going on in Section 18. But the undeveloped world in Martin County is shrinking, and I’m sure that means people are offering more for what remains. You’ve got Ovintiv/Petrolegacy wells happening around you in all directions.
What is a high offer if you don’t mind me asking? $25k/NRA?
