Wondered if there alot activity in [ section 18 block 36] i recieved an unusually high offer compared to past offers
I too received an offer for an interest in that county which was significantly higher than prior 100 or more offers on the same property. That offer was received today.

As far as I know there is nothing specifically going on in Sec 18. But the undeveloped world in Martin Cty is shrinking and I’m sure that means people are offering more for what remains. You’ve got Ovintiv/Petrolegacy wells happening around you in all directions.
What is a high offer if you don’t mind me asking? $25k/NRA?
