Limerock has a well in 7 & 18 since 2018. Looks like they have permitted infill drilling in sections 6 and partially into 7 (McPherson wells). Wells were spud in Dec 2022. If your name and address and title informaion are properly filed in the McClain courthouse, you should have gotten all of the mailings.
Thank you - The one in 7 we are getting royalties on. We have minerals in 18 also, but not aware of any drilling, can you advise the location to make sure we should have been contacted. And, how do I know the name of our well in 7? Thanks!
The current well is CGA 5N1W 7 1HX. It should be listed on the statement with your checks. (Save your statements for seven years for the IRS).
The McPherson MU 48-53 31-06-07 4 HEX, 3HEX, 2HEX have surface locations in 31-6N-1W. The permits have the plats for the wells. You should have gotten all of the cases if your name and address are properly filed in the county courthouse.
