Do you mean they are still being drilled?
They are listed as Drilled but not yet completed. You never really know if they just drilled the spud hole and are waiting on the big rig to finish or if the drilled the whole thing and a waiting on a frac crew. If someone lives in the area, they can comment on whether they saw the big rig drilling. I do not see a rig on location right now in the subscription website I use.
I think that Chord just bought Exxon/XTO and these wells belonged to them, so might be a delay while everything sorts out.
If they are drilling horizontal into these tracts does this mean there is no bonus payment? Thank you in advance!
It would depend upon if the lease was already held by production. If so, then no new bonus.
M_Barnes, If memory serves me correctly only 1 tract had a lease. Again, thank you for the information

In 154-95 section 7 there are locations that run into your Section 19. They were spudded around October 25th and it looks like 7 of them??? The directional legs show on the map and the field is the Grinnell field. Wells seem to be name GBU HERA 33X-7G and run from the lcoation in 7 through 18 and your 19, going south. This is the file number for searching the GIS MAP Server: 7 files, # 42079, 42080, 42081, 42082, 42083, 42084 and 42085. You can type these well file number in the upper left corner of the search engine (search by well files) and the map should take you right to them. DRL is the “status” which should mean drilling. Anything in 154 95 sect 20 and 29 seem to be really old wells.
