Kenneth, there is some fair production surrounding you, I think it's just a matter of time. Aside from the production surrounding you I also see an approved location but no permit, which really doesn't matter as they can get a permit with a phone call and and a $100 debit from the credit card they have on file.

Kenneth, I ran across it looking at the wells surrounding you on the NDIC. It is usually visible on the GIS map as a black circle, not a dot. This time it's 141- 95 section 4 and it's so close to the dot for the existing well that you would have to zoom in a few times to see it on the map. I believe it shows intent to dvelop the area more fully by OXY. While your area is not wildly profitable, it is an area where profit can be made. I believe it is just a matter of time before you get a couple wells. If you are unleased or if you lease again I would lease each spacing seperately.
