Does anyone know of any recent activity in Woodward County around Township 21N? There seems to be an abundance of current offers to buy in this area? Has anyone received offers and if so, what area and price point? The more we share, the better chance of weeding out these potential buyers who like to squeeze out these low ball offers and then flip for a sizeable ROI at our expense. I've heard of offers in the neighborhood of $2250/per NMA and higher. Any comments are welcome. Thanks everyone!
