SOUTH HALF (S/2) OF SECTION 4, T-23-S, R-28-E, CONTAINING 320 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, IN EDDY COUNTY, NM.

  1. I am having trouble locating this… is there activity there?
  2. The obvious - does it have value?

Marathon has 2 approved wells 30 15 44888 & 44889 in the S/2, squares I thru P, both named Apollo Fee 23.

This is a much delayed thank you for this info.

Being not that familiar, does anyone know who we might approach to take a lease on our acre or are we advised to let them carry us which is what will happen, I understand, if they drill and we are not leased?
