CONTAINING 320 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, IN EDDY

COUNTY, NM.

1) i am having trouble locating this . . . is there activity there?

2) the obvious - does it have value?

Marathon has 2 approved wells 30 15 44888 & 44889 in the s/2, squares I thru P, both named apollo fee 23 . . .

being not that familiar, does anyone know who we might approach to take a lease on our acre or are we advised to let them carry us which is what will happen, i understand, if they drill and we are not leased?
