My oil & gas lease for minerals in lot 6 of sec12-18N-9W will expire in Oct. 2018. One year ago I received a notice that Crawley Petroleum filed for Horizontal Spacing unit and I was told that Newfield was opposing it. I have heard nothing since then. Does anyone know of any activity regarding section 12 or other nearby sections in township 18N 9W? Any estimate of the value of my lease when it comes open in October? Newfield has an option to extend it for 2 more years for $3250 per acre. Thanks
