Activity in Block 33, Section 74

My family has inherited mineral rights on 40 acres (most in Loving County, but including small acreage in Ward County).

Block 33, Section 74, A-1293 and A-1330. We would like to lease the minerals rights. Does anyone have a feel for activity in this area and/or players interested in tying up leases?

We currently have leases in Reeves County, but Loving/Ward is new territory for us. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
