Activity and royalty rates

Seeking intelligence on royalty rates and activity in Sections 9,10,21, and 23 TN 6N 9W. Specifically interested in new horizontal drilling activity.

Thanks!

Please give the state and county when asking a question. The description you listed is not unique across the country. OK and Caddo or another state?

Plot description is located in Caddo County, Oklahoma

Not much going on there. I only see two leases in the whole township over the last 24 months, one in sec 9. Verden Field

Zarvona has active gas wells in 9, 10 and 21. Sanguine has a few active wells in 21 & 22. Horizontal activity has not extended over this far. Cement Field in the southern area.

Can you provide more information regarding Sanguine’s well. Name, production, any specifics that we can use to determine if it ties into our holding in this location?

You can look them up on the OCC wellrecords site.
Here is the link. It was down for a bit yesterday, but may be back up. You can use the surface location box. Use leading zero for locations. Ex: 0906N09W or 2106N09W. Match your aliquots (such as NW4 SW4) against the well location and the completion report (1002A) to see if you are in the spacing. Sanguine may have bought the wells, so you might need to check the operator change form 1073.

Martha laid it all out for you, what exactly are you looking for/to achieve? Martha, you must be a very kind person, its amazing how the board asks so many questions and expects definitive answers over financial decisions they are making. I dont see how you do it, continually leading the horse to water, but people expecting you to make the horse drink!

Well, Bob,… To be precise, we have a number of producing interest in Caddo County in various sections. We have all of the ownership interest leased and producing with Zavrona and Territory Resources however, we have no notations for this particular plot nor Sanguine. We are attempting to find out if we are leaving money on the table precise enough.?

If you run into confusion, come back and I will tell you which of the wells are Sanguine in 21 & 22. I like to teach folks where to find the information for themselves so they can do it in the future.

For gas wells, the spacing is highly dependent upon the depth. Deed gas wells are often spaced at 640 acres, so all tract might be held by them. Shallower ones are often 160 acres. So if you have acreage in the SW4, but the shallow gas well is in the NE4, you might not be included in the royalties.
