Does anyone have mineral rights in Pecos County Section 9? Is that area active?

We will need more than just "Section 9" in order to look the area up for you. Do you have a legal description on a Tax Certificate or an Oil and Gas Lease?

All of Section 9, Block 51, T-10, T&P RR Co, Survey, containing 640 acres, more or less, Pecos County, Texas( we own 20 acres)
Susan at this time I see no activity in the area of Section 9. Next door to the East Brigham Resources had an approved permit to drill in July 2014 but apparently never did drill the well. Also in the surrounding area Apache and COG(Concho Resources) have drilled some wells(39118, 39125, 39139) but they all seem to be shut-in at this time. These wells were completed in 2013 and 2014.
Well 32733//vertical gas well drilled by EOG seems to be shut-in at this time.
