Accountant recommendation

I would appreciate it if anyone could recommend a good accountant who really knows about oil income (Royalty income), oil depletion allowances and ways to offset income (incorporation etc.). We are absentee owners (reside in California) of a section of land in Loving County but accountant’s location is secondary to his/her competence!
