I realize data centers are a hot topic right now, but could we circle back to some previously posted well queries?
Does anyone have updates on Hutto TMM and/or Hutto Rodell? What about the well site on CR 347 in T.J. Shaun, which someone had previously posted will be called Holt Unit tract 9A?

Still waiting on update on RM Williams well. It has been shut it since June and when I inquire about a update they have none. Is it typical for new wells to be shut in this long? Well finished in June, went into production and then immediately shut in. D/O went out in August. No update since.
There has been no reported production since a small initial amount in June 2025. Comstock encountered high levels of hydrogen sulfide in this well. As shown in the H-9 Form below, Comstock reported 1,531 ppm, well above the immediate danger threshold of 100 ppm. Levels above 100 ppm were reported for a radius of 2,197 feet. It is unclear what Comstock intends to do with this well.

The RM Williams well just started back in production in November. I just got my royalty check for it today.
Thanks for the update! Yes, I just checked the RRC production reports and 572,296 MCF reported for November 2025. Glad to see the well back in production!
