Does anyone know what is going in 7-7S-1E? I got an offer to lease and they were eager to get it leased which makes me hesitate. They wanted to pay 500 or so and I got them up to $950. The company is an acquisition company, Blue Baron Energy for Trailhead Exploration which is also a company that acquires leases. Anybody know anything about any of this? Thanks
What Royalty % and how many years? Any option for extended lease?
3 yr, 3/16, they wanted an extension but I struck it from the lease and also put it i Exhibit A for no ext or top lease, etc.
