$600 bonus/acre and 1/5 sound right?

I don’t think I’ll ever accept 1/5, but does $600/acre in Section 874, Block D, John H. Gibson Survey sound right, if I can get 1/4? Thx!

I agree with you, 1/5 just doesn’t cut it. $600/acre at 1/4 sounds pretty fair for that area.
