Looking to sell a little over 5 NMA that are producing. What would be considered a good price, per NMA? NE/4 Section 19, Township 16 N, Range 13 W
Last offer I got was $8,000 which I considered not even close to being serious. Now people that are making offers are telling me the market is way down so offers will be less than I was offered last year (which was around $13,000). So, it’s hard to say what is a good offer now. Maybe some others can float a few numbers on what they’ve been offered.
John- just for fun, how many $/acre have you received on those same minerals in the last 12 months? The ones where you were offered $13k/ac.
Most recent offer I have is also for $8000.
