Ive heard continental has drilled some really good gas wells in 1s-5w. I have 6.65 acres at an 81.25% nri from an old vertical well lease. Does anyone know what the going rate in my area is? Thanks
If you are still in production from the old leases, then you are held by the terms of the old lease until the production dies.
Older leasing offers in the area have ranged from $1000 3/16 to $1750 3/16ths back when oil was $100. Any new offers are likely to be lower.
