We recently received an unsolicited offer for 13.33 mineral acres from a landman who says he is representing Chesapeake. His initial offer for 1/8 % royalty was $1,250/acre. That is low based on what my Mother-In-Law received in the past. Can anyone tell me a good value? Kind regards!
