If that is just to lease your minerals I'd think $3,000 per acre was a good price for a 1/4th. Do you mind saying who the offer is from?
That sounds too good to be true. Be careful of the re-trade.
That's what I was thinking Frank. James, you should make sure they don't mean purchases for that price because I've never heard about them leasing a 1/4 for anywhere near that high a price. Just Beware!
Our accountant that has mineral rights in that area said he has been getting loads of offers to buy but not to lease.
